Tower Fillers
Tower Fillers are used in various gas to liquid processes in mainly the Mining Industry. Used to condense gas to liquid for various reasons one of which would be to reduce gas emissions into the environment and thereby reduce the mines overall carbon footprint. Various liquids are also retrieved from the gas for use elsewhere in the Mining Process.
Connectors
Female and male connector housings used for various terminals in the Automotive Industry.
Our range is from 1 way to 5 way housings and these are supplied nationally throughout the Republic of South Africa.
Buffer Plug Reducers
Buffers/puffers/plugs/reducers are used mainly in the pharmaceutical industry to reduce the flow of product out of a container.
The 28mm Medical Ropp plug completely seals product from leakage.
Our factory consists of ten injection moulding machines of various capacities and can manufacture anything up to a 250g shot weight. Our machines are fully automated with vacuum loaders and other technology where possible to further ensure a quality product and efficient production lines.

Our Toolroom manufactures moulds to Customer specifications and our experience and commitment to quality ensure that our tools are of the highest standard.
As we manufacture, run and maintain all tooling in house our toolmakers have a diverse range of knowledge and abilities.
